Children's Ministry

Government Street Presbyterian Church seeks to walk beside children and their families as we nurture one another in the faith.  We invite children from nursery to 5th grade to take part in our exciting, safe, and joyful program.  There is something for all ages on Sunday morning during the 9:30-10:15 a.m. Sunday School hour. 

Children begin with Choir at 9:30 a.m. and then head into their Sunday School class at 9:45 a.m.  Children's Ministry Classrooms are located on the 1st floor in the main building of the church. 

During the worship hour, children ages 3-6 (and/or those who have not completed Children at the Lord's Table) are invited to join in Wee Worship at 10:55 a.m. in the children's area. 

We also have numerous special events for children of all ages to join with the entire GSPC family in fun and play in the name of Jesus Christ. The nursery care-givers at GSPC consists of two highly trained and qualified staff members as well as church volunteers.
